Good location with easily accessible !! The common area is clean, and the atmosphere is tranquil, perfect for relaxing and easy to find car parking. The room interior is large, spacious, and complete with in-room facilities, overlooking the beautiful view from the room. It's wonderful at night, enjoy the colorful lights of Bangkok city without getting bored!

The outside and inside of the building is a different world. The exterior is quite old, but the interior room has been massively renovated and fully furnished with modern decoration. The spacious room is with a big balcony. The lobby area is decorated in a very vintage style, both furniture and architecture. There are a swimming pool and a small fitness center. I like the parking lot of the condo, which is ample. And the location is excellent; travel is convenient, close to the Asoke Intersection.
It is the most impressive accommodation for our family and me.

It is the most impressive accommodation for our family and me. The service staff was friendly and helpful. A swimming pool is clean, and the common area looks shady. The room my family rented is elegantly decorated. The quality of the furniture is high. It is a room with two large bedrooms at a decent size, suitable for 4-5 people. The location is perfect, close to Asoke BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Terminal 21 as well. Great place, I am familiar with the area.
Old condo with good maintenance

I work at Interchange 21 building, and I choose to stay here because it's convenient to travel and reasonably priced. The location is crowded with many shops nearby, which you don't have to worry about finding food. The condo is near Asoke BTS, easy and convenient to travel to many places. Even though the outside is crowded, the inside is pretty quiet and safe. The building is ancient, but it has excellent maintenance. There are not many facilities here, only a swimming pool, fitness room, and car parking. Some people may think that the rental price is expensive, but I think it's okay because this area is quite expensive. Overall, I think it's okay. It's old, but it has been renovated regularly.
It is close to my workplace.

I have been staying here for almost 2 months because it is close to my workplace and is in a great location where Asok BTS is just a 7-minute walk and very close to shops, restaurants, which is very convenient; however, there will be a lot of people and chaos in the morning, but I think I will get used to it soon. My room is very spacious. It has a 1 bedroom which is beautifully decorated. The bathroom also comes with marble bathroom decor, very nice. The furniture is very modern. The common area here is clean, very well taken care of by the staff. The pool is an excellent place for relaxing as it is an outdoor one, but the gym has only a few exercise equipment. It is considered reasonable to rent this place. It is very nice!

The old condo, but the building is still really nice-very convenient location, close to Asok BTS station. Nice pool. The room is quite spacious and comes with a big balcony, facing a great city view. Complete facilities provided; 24-hour security, CCTV system, and easy to find parking lots.
