Just 10 minutes from the beach, our location in Bophut offers the perfect combination of calm and privacy and easy access to nearby Chaweng with it’s numerous restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets, while Samui Airport is a mere 15 minutes away. Contemporarily furnished in a mixed Thai/European style, there is a total of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a fully-appointed kitchen, a comfortable dining room and a large and comfortable family room and an additional guest bathroom. Take breakfast on the shaded outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and the sea before a day of relaxing in the sun on a lounger by the pool or exploring the island’s beaches. Or grab a spot on one of the generously over-sized couches in the living room, where you can enjoy watching the TV with Netflix on the large 65-inch TV. When it’s time to sleep, you will enjoy the superior comfort of either the large king-size beds or the twin beds which can be joined together to form a king-size. HINSAMAAN is an eco-friendly estate and we use our own line of organic shower gel, shampoo and conditioner that are 100% biodegradable.
The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
In Thailand, non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years, and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.
