Great condo at affordable price

I would say that this place is really like my second home in Thailand. After all, the project doesn't look new, and the decoration is simple with complete facilities like other condos. However, what really makes me love this place is the location. It's located on the quiet beach in front of Wong Amat, making the atmosphere very relaxing. Also, the price is not high, which is cost-effective. My room is a studio room of the average size. The furniture in the room may look a bit old but still works properly. I love it here, and I will definitely continue to rent this room.

I'm living in this condo. It is a simple condo and not that much luxury, offering a fantastic sea view. The prices are also affordable and secured. The staff is also friendly and complete with project facilities, comprising a communal pool, a gym, and surrounded by tasty Thai restaurants. I will recommend it here for those who are looking for an affordable price and secured place. It's worth the price paid !!

I have lived in Pattaya for many years and am looking for a condo for my son to live in. My friend recommended Siam Penthouse 3. I went to see the showroom; it's beautiful and inexpensive compared to the project's location. Also, it is near Wong Amat Beach. The interior is decorated in a classic and luxurious style, suitable for my son. Besides, the project is surrounded by many facilities and convenient life. Moreover, it is close to my house as well, and my son can walk around easily. This is where I need it.

I stayed here many years ago and consider it to be one of the best condos I've ever seen. The inside is attractively designed, and the furnishings are also extremely nice. The room is large enough for two people to sleep comfortably together. They offer a swimming pool and fitness services. Importantly, it is in a good location, close to Wong Amat Beach, shops, and restaurants, which makes my life much easier. If I get the opportunity to invest in a condominium, I will purchase a one-bedroom unit for long-term rental.

This is my second home after I moved to Thailand. Even though the building is old but I'm okay with this place as it's so cozy. All the staff is very friendly. The room is well kept up. I live in a 1-bedroom unit with full furniture at the average quality and reasonable price. There is a swimming pool and car park available. Good location, close to Bamboo Beach, just a few hundred meters with a family mart on the opposite side.
