Our cozy room has two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious living room with comfy couch, air conditioners, 55-inch cable TV, high-speed internet, therapedic natural rubber mattress, heated rain shower, a refrigerator, a well-equipped kitchenette. ☺ Rental Agreement: Our property requires a minimum stay of 30 nights and allows a maximum stay of 120 nights. A round-trip airport transfer is included with your rental. We request a security deposit of 290 USD which will be returned to you if we don’t see any damage to our property or excessive electricity bills. Our staff will take photos of the room before your check-in and after your check-out.
