Nice place and quiet

The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant to live in, very cozy. As the project is low-rise, there is a limited number of units and neighbors. There are ample parking and a security system for 24 hours; the guard is friendly. The location here is also convenient, near a local community, there is a wide range of restaurants available, and it's close to Chiang Mai airport.

A lovely 1 bedroom room condo is suitable for two people. It overlooks Doi Suthep, a famous Chiang Mai attraction that is full of green trees from my room. The location is also conveniently located near various shops, restaurants, and Chiang Mai International Airport. Besides, the condo has a swimming pool and fitness room like other general condos, but it offers a modern security system then. From the project entrance, the residents can use the Bluetooth Card Access system to enter and exit the project. Then, enter and exit the building using the Key Card. There is also a floor-locked elevator, which is highly secure. It has impressed me.
