l appartement à une belle vue sur la mer et plage de kamala à 300 m à pieds pour la plage et à 50 m d un grand supermarché. un grand marché 3 fois par semaine juste au début de l avenue à peine à 100 m une salle de gym une grande piscine et sauna vous attend pour vous ressourcer . un ascenseur climatisé vous amène au 3 étage

very quiet and lovely condos situated next to the forested mountains. very well maintained grounds with two pools. management and staff are friendly and competent. very little traffic on the road here but only a 20 minute walk to the beach area, although a motorbike or car is recommended for trips to other areas on phuket. all the necessities of daily life are available in kamala, including a big c and several 7-11s. many fine restaurants near the condo as well as on the beach. very laid-back, relaxed vibe here. plenty of hiking trails up into the mountains. very safe and secure here.

i came here with my wife for our honeymoon and chose a deluxe room with 3 bedrooms. my room was nicely decorated with nice furniture and overlooked the stunning sea view. the atmosphere is serene, and access is simple because taxis and tuk-tuk services are available at any time. it is particularly close to tri trang beach, patong beach, and bangla road.

good central location, well built condo with good views of the golf course and mountain,with a nice pool lots of restaurants near by and only a short drive to central , favourite area of phuket away from the hustle and bustle.

i would like to buy in this project, but it was all sold out, it was constructed to a very high standard which i found to be very rare in phuket, the development was built be a german with very high quality fittings. i would say the views from this development of just 8 villas are awesome, probably the best sea views in patong, there located high up at the top off a hill in a nice pleasant quiet soi amongst some very up market multimillion dollar villas. i found them to be the best value for money in patong, a rare find if you can get an owner to part with one

this has got to be the one of the if not the best sea view villa projects in patong. the views are just unbelievable, and the development is finished and maintained to a very high standard not often found in phuket. there are just 8 units in total at highland residence, the project is located at the very end off a private road off nanai road. the location is just perfect as it's about 2 or 3 minutes to patong beach, there is the most gorgeous 18 meter infinity pool and jacuzzi with breathtaking views over patong bay. the villas are all the same size and each are accessed via an electric garage door, once inside the property you will be just taken back by the panoramic views of patong bay and the whole city.

the condominium is located at the bottom of a hill which offers one of the best views you can get from patong bay. despite being on a hill, it's very close to the beach (about 5 minutes walk). the swimming pool on the rooftop is a big plus to enjoy the sea view. the maintenance of the building and common areas is good. the apartment i used is spacious and offers a very nice view plus it comes with all you need.

viva patong is very well positioned where lush jungle and crystal clear beaches are all nearby. the rooms are designed so that regardless of where you look your likely to see relaxing views. some facilities are still being finalised and once finished will make it even more desirable. with patong nightlife, shops and restaurants only a 5 min drive away or a 15- 20 minute walk away makes viva’s location one of its strong points. surrounded by beautiful resorts and diverse views, makes viva patong a beautiful relaxing place to visit or call home.

it's a small project, but it has almost everything. the staff is very caring. breakfast is continental in the morning, around 8 a.m.-10:30 a.m., and there is also a bar. the swimming pool is not very big, so there isn't enough room for many people. however, there are not many units which is an advantage for us to be able to use the pool at any time. our room is a spacious one-bedroom, well-decorated with good furniture, luxurious, not different from a 5-star hotel. one downside that i've found is the wifi internet isn't stable. i wonder if there is anything to do with the location. overall it is excellent. it is near kamala beach and phuket fantasea, and to get to patong beach is not far away. i highly recommend this place.
