it is one of the condominium projects i invested in renting it out in the future. i bought a fully furnished 1-bedroom with a beautiful sea view because i want my customers who rent my condo sense with real leisure. the project is modern, pleasant, and cozy. the facilities are also completed and set to overlook sea view, including a swimming pool, a communal gym, and an on-site restaurant. it is located on pratumnak hill and surrounded by many tourist destinations; it is also close to the beach and takes only 2 minutes to walk. the surrounding area comprises 5-star hotels, residences, and villas. there are many famous real estates in this area that many foreigners are interested in because it is a vacation zone. buying for investment is a good choice, and you will gain a lot of benefits in the future.

i've been here for two years and would recommend it to everyone since it's the best project in pattaya. the rental price is not expensive considering this luxury project. plus, the staff is great. the only thing that might not be very appealing to people who like privacy is the room's window next to the neighbor's room. the room i stayed in was a one-bedroom unit. the furniture was well decorated, beautiful, and modern. i liked it. the swimming pool here is super nice, big and clean. dongtan beach is only a 5-10 minutes walk, and restaurants are easy to find at affordable prices. everything is convenient, so i highly recommend it.
