My family and I rent a townhouse in this project, which has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the second floor, and 1 bathroom on the first floor. The project is private and quiet because it has only 20 units. The project’s common area is also clean, and the children love the pool. The security guards are always attentive, making us, as parents, feel at ease. The rental price is also reasonable. Most importantly, it is only 5 minutes away on foot to Cha Am Beach, which is super awesome.
