Great condo with panoramic seaview

The project is located on a hill so that I can enjoy an endless panoramic sea view, which I really like. It's also less than 1 kilometer from Surin Beach. Even if it's within walking distance, I still wouldn't recommend you to walk as the road is quite steep and narrow, so driving would be better. The room that I stayed in is a 1-bedroom type room which is very wide. Speaking of the security system, it is quite reliable as there is a security guard for 24 hours, so you don't need to worry about it.

When I first moved into a new room, the room was fully equipped with furniture. It would be better if a washing machine was also installed! The interior is spacious. It is 1 bedroom and suitable for 1-2 people only. I recommend you to buy a 3 bedroom unit if you have a big family and it offers great scenery with a large balcony. The project area is quite small, but it provides a private atmosphere for the residents. However, the road looks dangerous in the evening, but don't worry because there is a 24 hour security system and it is easily accessible. You can take only 10-15 minutes reaching Surin Beach. There is a Villa Market, which takes 15 minutes to drive from the condo if you love shopping.

I bought a 1-bedroom unit here for a living. My room is on the 4th floor with a big space, doesn't feel cramped for staying alone, and is fully furnished. I like this place so much because it is quiet and private, there are only 25 rooms here. The common area is considered quite well, the swimming pool is clean, and the restaurant's food tastes good. The location is good close to Surin beach, only 5 minutes drive.
