I decided to reserve a 2 bedroom unit in this condo. The interior of my room is elegantly designed. The room space is well proportioned and decorated with excellent furniture. The project facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, CCTV, parking, and security. You name it! I think that I will buy it for speculation because the location is excellent. It's located in Chiang Mai city, next to Loi Kroh Road, near Tha Phae Gate, Mae Ping River, Chiang Mai Railway Station, New city market, and other attractions.
