The only downside is that the location is a bit out of town, so it may take some time to travel. Overall, it is impressive.

Although I couldn't have a sea view, everyone was satisfied. The project is in the Kamala area near Phuket FantaSea, Kamala Beach, and only 15 minutes to Patong Beach. In that area, there will be plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.

I think the downside of the project is the location. It can be far from downtown and not convenient to travel. You'd better own a car. It would be much more comfortable.
