A new project near Patong Beach. The location is ok around tourist attractions and shopping centers just only a few minutes from the project. I visited the mocked-up room, and I love it very much from the location, the design, direction of the building facing Patong Beach. You can also choose to have a sea view or garden view room. You don't need to worry about view blocking as the project is on the hills without other skyscrapers around, but the mountains and the forest. The kitchen is well proportioned, including a bedroom, a kitchen, a living area, a balcony, a private swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. The place is so private and suitable for a stay. Plus, it's worth investing because the project guarantees a return from the rental program in a period of 15 years. You can get up to 7%! Worth buying for living and for renting out.
