After viewing the showroom and exploring the project area, I decided to reserve a condo because I believe it should be an excellent condo after the project is completed. As all materials are constructed, it is high-quality. The design and interior of the room are also done very nicely. In addition, the common area has full facilities such as swimming pools, gardens, fitness centers, and there are 2 passenger elevators. Most importantly, near Bang Khun Non MRT and Thammasat University Tha Prachan, which is my workplace.
