Aged condo yet Beautiful, Good location

I come to Pattaya every year in the summer and have spent a lot of money renting the condos. Then, I decided to buy a room in this condo. From my research, this condo was built over 30 years ago, but it's not a problem at all cos the condo is well maintained in every aspect. I bought a one-bedroom unit on the 8th floor with a usable area of 80 sq.m. The room is quite large, decorated in a classic style. It's attractive, and I love it. The common areas are good. The pool is spacious and clean. There is a table tennis table in the game room, one in which I frequently play. By the way, I haven't had any issues since moving into this condo. It is in a good location with less than 15 minutes to travel to convenience stores, restaurants, pubs, bars, or shopping malls. Overall, I'm impressed.
