Condo Near the Yellow Line BTS (Expected Completion in 2021)

The atmosphere around the condo is shady. It is very suitable for living. The size of the room fits me very much, but the balcony looks too small. It is not convenient when doing housework or needs to use the balcony. Overall, I think this condo is suitable and affordable. Due to surrounded by many interesting places, this condo is worthy of buying. Besides, there will be the upcoming BTS Skytrain (Yellow Line) as well. The properties' prices definitely will be higher. That's why I bought it.
Great condo with reasonable price

I've been in this condominium for two years. Personally, I'm impressed with everything about the project, not only the reasonable price that is considered worth the investment, but also the location where you can go around easily, especially shopping centers like Central Festival East Ville, which are very pleasing to my shopaholic. There are also various choices of nearby international restaurants such as Thai, Japanese, and Italian. In terms of the atmosphere, it is suitable for people who want privacy. Besides, I can be confident with the standard security system in this project. If you want a quality condominium at a reasonable price, I'm sure that JW Suites Condominium is the answer that you're looking for.
The price is not very high

My friend recommended the condo here because it is economical and close to the office. The project is quite old because it was built in 2004. When comparing the rental price and selling with other condos nearby, I think this place is still enough. The price is not very high. I have to decorate a little more room which can be rented. I decided to buy a room on the upper floor because the wind is clear. In this area, traveling may not be convenient, having to connect a motorbike into the alley. There are many convenience stores, and the driveway is not very empty. The condo is about 3 kilometers from Central East View.
Budget condo for expats

I chose to stay in this condo as it’s in the budget. The room is okay at a reasonable price so I can save money for my holidays. The project’s site is not on the main road but I rent a scooter so it’s still convenient for me. Actually, it’s in the residential area so I can get access to basic facilities such as restaurants, laundry shops, convenience stores, and coffee shops. The condo doesn’t have a gym and a swimming pool which is shameful because I want to do some exercise. Still, I can go jogging around the project. It’s safe to do it there. Plus, I love that the condo is highly private because there are only 5 floors in each building. It’s not noisy at all.
Old condo surrounded by all conveniences

This condo is old as it was completed many years ago. The condo atmosphere isn’t too bad. There are car parking spaces, CCTV installed around the project and a guard who always takes good care of the residents 24 hours. Anyways, no communal pool as the price is low, suitable for me. I chose to buy this condo because it is surrounded by conveniences such as hospitals, schools, department stores, and convenience stores. Also, it is close to my office. The room is not that spacious but fully furnished, suitable for staying alone or couples. The traveling is extremely convenient with many routes available. Besides, it is only 15 minutes away from Lat Phrao MRT station. Convenient and worthwhile!!
