No pets are allowed at The Met unless specifically permitted by the juristic office. Exceptions can be made for service or guide dogs for persons with disabilities.
The common area maintenance fee is ฿60 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is ฿11,880 for this condo. This fee has to be paid by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.

In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name.  The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota.

Private Lift - large units in Sathorn

The Met used to the nicest unique building in Sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. So I recommend to choose a property behind the main Sathorn road Tower F, E or D. The layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in Sathorn. Every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.

The new condo is modern and clean. There has a strict security system. The project common area includes many facilities such as a large swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness center. It's quite peaceful and quiet here as the building is soundproofed. We can't hear noise from the neighbors at all. This 2-bedroom suite is spacious and functional as well. Traveling is easy as Chong Nonsi BTS is just 850 meters away.

Great value for money. Beautiful architecture, distinctive and different from other projects. There are many activities for residents, including an outdoor swimming pool, sunbeds, tennis court, and multipurpose rooms. The room here starts from 2 bedrooms, suitable for living with a small family. The room is spacious and decorated with a full set of furniture. Plus, the location here is also excellent, close to the BTS. There are many leading restaurants in the neighborhood of the project.

I rented the room here. So far, I've been here about a month, and I like the building itself as it looks very tall, outstanding, and eye-catching. The interior of the project is inviting. I like the spacious swimming pool with sunbeds along with the pool, which we often visit on weekends. The room we rented is a 2-bedroom unit, very spacious, almost a hundred square meters. It gives a feeling of airiness, and there is also a space to place furniture and enough personal belongings. The room comes with some built-in furniture. Its good quality is worth the price. The location of this project itself is adjacent to North Sathorn Road and not far from the expressway. It makes traveling by car very convenient. It is also not far from Chong Nonsi BTS. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk, which is a great way to avoid Bangkok's traffic jams.
The luxury condo has a tennis court.

The condo is very luxuriously designed. The room that I live in is on the 22nd floor, the weather is good, and the breeze is cool. The facilities are considered complete and spacious, especially the swimming pool and tennis court. The most impressive thing is the gym because it is located on the 9th floor, it is a large room and has various modern exercise equipment. Overall, the price is high, but it makes sense when compared with the quality and location !!
The project is adjacent to North Sathorn Road.

The project is adjacent to North Sathorn Road, making it easy to travel by car. The swimming pool with sunbeds is very long, and connects to the tennis court. The atmosphere is shady because there are many trees to provide shade. So I always like to swim or lie down and read a book. The room I bought on the 24th floor is almost 100 square meters wide with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and quality furniture. Inside the room, there is also a built-in wardrobe, which is suitable for my daughter, who loves buying clothes. The Western kitchen comes with an oven and a hood as well. Overall, I really like it.

This condo is suitable for real relaxation. It is a beautiful condominium and consists of complete facilities. Besides, the room I rented was neatly decorated and provided quality furniture. The living areas are perfectly in zones, suitable for this 2 bedroom unit. Moreover, this condominium is also close to Chong Nonsi BTS, only 1 kilometer. Traveling is so convenient as the project location is situated in a prosperous district. Therefore, it is a very good stay and gets to know many people as well.

This condo provides the best facilities, and it is a beautiful building with outstanding design. Its location is in a prime location area of Sathorn that can easily spend life and easy access to facilities. The project interior is decorated in an elegant style. There is staff to service and has a strict security system. Although our room only has 2 bedrooms, there is enough space and can place many things, which makes our room cozy and pleasant. When considering the room price and location, the price is not high and making life in the city easier.
