The modern project, worth the investment

This villa stands out by its stunning design, uniqueness, and very modern. The interior design is also lovely. I am interested in a one-bedroom unit because a studio room is too small for me and the price is not much different. I can get a bigger space with the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The room is well-proportioned and is fully functioning. The price that they offered does not include the furniture yet; however, there are many options for you to choose from. My room looks like a showroom. It's wonderful. The location is peaceful, and it is only a short walk to Layan Beach. It is also close to the local community, and there are shops and convenience stores nearby. In addition, it can rent out to others. It is definitely worthwhile!!
