- To get to the project by car, you can start from Karon Beach by heading north along Karon Road (Route 4030) with a distance of about 230 meters. Then, turn right onto Luang Phor Chuan Road to drive further for 350 meters, and turn left onto Route 4028 to continue driving for another 160 meters. Afterward, turn right onto Soi Patak 14 to drive about 350 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

It is an interesting project since it's close to Karon Beach, with only 10 minutes in walking distance. The surrounding area is serene, surrounded by lush green mountains, providing a pleasant atmosphere. Many restaurants and shops are nearby, as well as being close to Kata Beach and Patong Beach. Interestingly, there are only 70 units, ranging from 1 to 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom units are variously offered, ideal for staying 1-2 people, designed in modern and tastefully decorated. The facilities include the lounge, garden area, swimming pool, gym, etc. The selling price is also affordable, giving the best-guaranteed returns, which is perfect for investment. Well, it's a new project in an excellent location.
