- To get to the project by car, you can start from Tiger Park Pattaya by heading north on Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) with a distance of about 40 meters. Afterward, turn right onto Jomtiensaineung Rd to continue straight for 600 meters, turn right onto Jomtien Road Soi 12, and you will find the project on the right.

Cheap condo near Jomtien Beach

This condo is only 150 meters from Jomtien Beach and a short distance from Pattaya's downtown area. Although the project is close to schools, hospitals, leading shopping centers, night markets, entertainment venues, and many other amenities, the surrounding area remains tranquil, and the people are not very crowded either. The room where I am staying is a 1-bedroom unit that is both spacious and comfortable. The room plan is perfectly designed, and the balcony also provides a view of the sea. Also, the common area is provided following the condo's standards. There are plenty of parking spaces, but the pool is a little on the small side.
