- To get to the project by car, you can start from Phra Tamnak Mountain (Khao Phra Phutthabat) by heading south with a distance of about 350 meters. Then, turn left onto Rajchawaroon Road to continue for about 18 meters, and turn right onto Phra Tamnak Road to continue for another 450 meters. Afterward, turn right onto Soi Phra Tamnak 5 to continue for only 63 meters, and turn left to continue driving for 91 meters. Finally, turn right to continue driving for 100 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

The rental rate is not high, and I decided to make the contract for a year. The room I rented is 1 bedroom with fully furnished. The common area comprises a gym and a clean and beautiful swimming pool. There is also an excellent security system with a key card system and 24 hours of the security system. I can touch a sense of relaxation a lot. Besides, the location is also easy and convenient to go to Pattaya Town and other tourist attractions.

This condo is pleasant to live in as it has a cozy and serene ambiance. The pool is a bit small, located on the rooftop with the stunning view of mountains surrounded. The gym is nice, and the staff also serves great services. The monthly rental fee for a 1 bedroom condo is affordable because it is fully furnished, including a washing machine, stove, microwave, water heater, etc. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and about 10 minutes to Pattaya Beach.
