It's wonderful and resort-like condo

I like the atmosphere of this condo as it feels like I have a vacation at the resort. There is a large swimming pool within the condo surrounded by a small garden, making it look so shady. The condo isn’t located in the city center, so it’s a perfect urban escape. Meanwhile, it is not too far from prosperity as it takes only 5 min driving to Central Festival shopping center. Speaking of the room, It’s not a spacious one-bedroom but well-decorated. The furniture provided is complete with high quality. It’s also at a reasonable price. It’s an interesting option for those interested in investment because Chiang Mai is another famous tourist attraction.

I like the atmosphere as it is shady, quiet, and spacious. There are also complete facilities such as the reception hall, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fitness center, and excellent security. The room I bought from this project is 1 bedroom with 35 sq.m. I can live comfortably with my babe. The room decor attracts my girlfriend so much; it is minimalist style furniture, simple and comfortable. It is suitable for a good price near the central shopping centers and many other business sources in terms of location.

I visit and relax in Hua Hin, renting a 1 bedroom condo with my girlfriend at The Issara Chiang Mai. Whenever you get bored, you can sit by the pool or swim as well because here there is a large and wide swimming pool and a fitness center where you can go out to use the service for free. As for the room I rented, the living area is relatively broad, and the room is clearly divided, which is well-organized. Moreover, there is beautiful and unique furniture decorated. The condo is surrounded by Chiang Mai tourist attractions such as Chiang Mai Zoo, Wiang Kum Kam, Tiger Zoo, and various restaurants. Everything is very good. It's very impressive !!

I like living here a lot as the design is simple but elegant. My 1-bedroom unit has premium furniture. The project has complete facilities such as a long swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym and helpful staff. The atmosphere is quiet, suitable for living. From the project, it's easy to access many malls for shopping.
Luxury condo project in the suburbs near Ruamchok Market

Lap Pool here is beautiful and clean, and my room is a one-bedroom room with a spacious balcony that makes the breeze cool during the day. It is a mountain view room on the 5th floor, fully furnished and good grade, very good value for money. The location is not crowded, quiet, and near Ruamchok Market. There is also a Tesco Lotus Department Store, just 1 kilometer away, suitable for both investment and living !!!

A condominium in Lanna style which perfectly blends to a modern style. Not far from the famous department store such as Central Festival Chiang Mai, this condo has complete facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a jacuzzi, and parking. Still, sometimes the fitness equipment is not enough. It will help if you come when fewer people use it; otherwise, you will have to waste your time waiting. As for the room, I bought a 2-bedroom unit of 70 square meters with well-allocated space and beautifully decorated with light wooden furniture. Overall, I love it, not disappointed at all!
The great choise to escape from the chaos

It is an ideal condo to escape from the chaos. The project surrounding is very calm and shady from nature. The common area comes with a large garden and the lap pool overlooking the canal by the project. You can swim and appreciate the natural atmosphere with relaxation. My room is a 1-bedroom unit at 35 sq.m, but I can adjust the space as desired. Most of the furniture is from wooden materials giving a warm feeling. The room plan comes in good proportion separated using a partition to increase privacy between the bedroom and living room. The room design is functional. This condo is brand new, so the juristic persons take care of us very well and solve problems quickly. The project location is quite far from the main road, so the residents should have a car for convenient traveling.
