Continue for 1.4 kilometers to enter Boonruangrit Road. Continue for 1.5 kilometers and turn left onto Huay Kaew Road (Route 1004) for 2.2 kilometers. Then, turn right onto Chonprathan Road (Route 121) for 1.9 kilometers and turn left onto Chom Doi Road for 400 meters; you will find the project on your left.

It is an excellent quality condo with a beautiful mountain view. Anyone looking for a home away from the city hustle and bustle, it will be your answer as it is located in the Chang Phuak area. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and high standard of this place. The room is quite small but has a beautiful interior with modern furniture. I recommend it here because the condo is located in a potential community gated and close to many nearby tourist attractions such as Chiang Mai Zoo, Tiger Zoo, and The Highland People Discovery Museum. Besides, there are convenience stores which are not far and take only a 5 minutes drive.

I fall in love here, especially the mountain view. The room here is quite spacious, and the balcony is massive. I can see the Doi Suthep view from here. Plus, I just enjoy the cool breeze and shady atmosphere so much. The common area is incredibly clean, and the facilities are complete with a beautiful pool. Anyways some of the gym equipment has malfunctioned. The rental price is affordable. Convenient travel. The location is superb near governmental offices and many attractions, including the Lanna golf course, Chiang Mai Zoo, Huay Keaw waterfall. You can easily find yummy local food as there are chic shops, restaurants in the Nimman area, just 10 minutes. Love it so much! Oh, and it's just 20 minutes from the Chiang Main International Airport.

If rating views, I give it a full 10 scores because the mountain view is so beautiful. Plus, the atmosphere is excellent in winter. I have been here for only 6 months. I like it here because the room size is big. Although I rented a one-bedroom unit, it was spacious and well proportioned, fit for 2 people and a spacious balcony. It is such a quiet and safe place. The facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a sauna. Besides, there are helpful receptionists.

The atmosphere of the condo is perfect and calm by the mountain ranges for great relaxation. The fresh air in the morning is so refreshing. The room is spacious and well allocated with a big balcony. There is a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a sauna available. Traveling is also very convenient. If you have a car, it will take only 9 minutes to go to Nimman.

I've rented this place for almost a year. The location is surrounded by mountain ranges, a relaxing atmosphere, and nature. My room has 1 bedroom at 56 sq.m large, so big! Shame that the pool can be a bit small, but I don't care much. Travel to the town will take some time, about 15-20 minutes. Overall, I love it.
