- To get to the project by car, you can start from Asok Montri Intersection and head south along Asok Montri Road with a distance of about 70 meters. Then, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 21, continue driving further for only 1 kilometer, and you will find the project on the left.

Convenient transportation, walking distance from the MRT and BTS, near SWU, very suitable for students. And the people who work in the neighborhood The price is not as expensive as you think. Worth the investment Both rent and buy. The disadvantage is that the central part will be noisy at times if there are students to do activities. But overall good

Since I've been living here, my life has been much more convenient and easier because it is located at Asok Montri main road. It is also easily accessible everywhere because there are motorcycles services, and Phetchaburi MRT is only 300 meters within walking distance, which is super convenient. Also, convenient stores and restaurants are lined along the way. Besides, the condo is pleasant to live in, with a lush green garden and various trees giving shade to the residents. Actually, I've rented a 1-bedroom 1 bathroom condo with a unit area of 50 sq.m., fully furnished. The facilities are comprehensive, including the swimming pool, gym, garden, and a 24-hour security system. The rental price starts at only 20K. It is one of the most pleasant condos to live in compared to its costs and quality.
