Location and Transportation
The Avenue 61 project is a condominium project, located at 34 Soi Sukhumvit 61, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok. You can get access to the project from the main route, Soi Sethabutra, by public transport or personal vehicle.

In terms of traveling by personal car, you can go down Sukhumvit Road. Then, turn into Soi Sethabutra for about 350 meters and then left again into Soi Sukhumvit 61 for about 90 meters. The project will be on the left.

As for traveling by public transportation, you can get off at the Thong Lo BTS station. From there, head southeast towards Route 3 for approximately 600 meters and turn left. Enter Soi Sethabutra about 350 meters before turning left again onto Soi Sukhumvit 61

Or you can get off at Ekkamai BTS. Then head north-west to Soi Sukhumvit 63, Ekamai Road. Turn right at Ekamai Tai junction and go down to Road 3 about 190 meters and turn right into Soi Sethabutra about 350 meters before turning left again into Soi Sukhumvit 61

The Avenue 61 condominium project is a low-rise condominium. The project contains 2 buildings of 8 floors. There are 79 residential units in total.

Great Location suits my lifestyle

I owned the business around this area and want to find the place to stay near Ekkamai BTS station. Within 5 years of the stays, I've never faced any serious problem. The condition may look a bit old as it was built a long time ago, but the juristic person always came in for maintenance. There is also a wealth of facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and elevators. On my weekend, I used to go to Gateway Ekamai or rooftop bars most of the time because they're within walking distance. After I lived here for a few years, I got tired of it. Now I prefer to go out of town, which isn't hard to get there at all. I only walk about 10 minutes to reach the Ekamai bus station. The station is a large one that I can get anywhere over the East, such as Rayong, Chonburi, and Trat. It suits the lifestyle of a beach lover like me. As for the room, it's pretty large and fully-furnished, so I don't need to spend my money to buy furniture. Inside the room, it's well decorated. Overall, I like this condo. I have no regret buying it at all.

The condominium is clean and provides excellent hospitality. Also, there is a range of facilities as well. The staff was accommodating. The overall experience was amazing. I'll recommend this condominium to every couple and families. We had a three-month stay to enjoy at Avenue 16. I was delighted with every aspect of the condo. The staff is amiable and helpful. Besides, the room is very clean and spacious. It is everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial and suited all tastes. The condominium is quiet and is situated near to restaurants and the main supermarket. We would highly recommend a stay at this condominium. It is a wonderful time of staying with this beautiful condominium. What I surprised so much is that there is a birthday gift provided by their staff. It was a bottle of champagne. I was delighted and special thanks so much. The room stayed was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. We would stay there again! Wonderful condominium!! If I have a chance to revisit Thailand, I will stay here. The excellent Avenue 16 will be my first choice!!
10 minutes to BTS station, beautiful places and transportations nearby

The condo here is superb in terms of transportation. From the condo, walk about 10 minutes to Ekkamai BTS, which is very convenient going to work. There are a lot of department stores that are so easy to walk for a few minutes. I don't need to go anywhere so far on my day off. We live in an annual contract. Fully furnished. One bag is ready. Anyone who likes cooking will be satisfied with full equipment in the kitchen and separated from the bedroom so that you don't have to be fed up with food smells. My sister is very fond of the closet, and it is a big cabinet for two people. If we talk about the cons, it might be the heavy traffic in the evening that is so difficult to go anywhere by bus. The pool was a bit dirty sometimes, and there is a long queue in the gym in the evening. But overall, it is acceptable, and I am happy to stay here anyway.
Private ready-to-move-in condominium suitable for those who don't have time to decorate your house

I had to move to Thailand to work and wanted to stay around the Ekkamai - Thonglor area. When I found it here, I was quite satisfied because the living room is spacious, well proportioned and already has built-in-furniture. It's ready to move in, which is very convenient for me because I rarely have time to decorate my house. I need a place to stay that I can easily move in, and Avenue 61 is the answer. Each floor has about 10 rooms, which is considered not crowded, not noisy, and private. For transport, it is very convenient. Even the condominium is in a deep alley, but it's not dangerous because it is located in the downtown area where I can walk to Ekkamai BTS Ekkamai for 800 meters. The neighborhood is full of supermarkets like Tops, Big C, and many restaurants within walking distance. But one thing that I am concerned about is the building's condition because it is an old condominium. Not a big problem, though. The project's staff always takes care of the building and maintains cleanliness in common areas such as a gym, a swimming pool, and parking space. When I moved in, I realized that it was old, but I didn't feel unsafe or desperate about the place. Overall, I was very impressed with Avenue 61.
Condominium with 3-bedroom, many spaces more beyon the expected

It is a condo that my father bought for speculation many years ago. I moved to live here because I had to come to work in Ekamai. Importantly, I currently stay with a family. It is such a good place here with three bedrooms, and it is very spacious. There are a master bedroom and a kitchen. Also, the living room is enormous. We decorated to have a sofa in the corner of the room can sit in ten people. Also, there is an area in the middle of the house for children to run and play. Our kids very like it. The common area has a saltwater swimming pool and playground. During staying here, I have never had a problem with parking here. There is enough space for the residents with quiet and private because it is a bit far from the main road. Also, it is possible to walk to Soi Sukhumvit, only 450 meters. And close to Ekamai station (550 m) and Thonglor BTS station, there is also a Gateway Ekamai Mall, Lotus Supercenter, Big C Supercenter.
Saltwater Swimming pool system and nice environment

I am a Singaporean to do business in Bangkok. I decided to buy a condo in the Thonglor-Prakanong area near the Ekamai BTS like Avenue 61. As the condo is close to Ekkamai BTS, it is easy to go anywhere. I like it here. The project's facilities are complete, such as a reception hall, mailroom, salt-water swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, garden, key card, passenger elevator, parking, and CCTV, security guard 24 hrs. I am not disappointed that I bought this Avenue 61 condo and what I like about this project is a standard size swimming pool, safe and salt-water system because I like swimming very much. So you don't have to worry that your skin will be damaged. As the condo is close to Ekkamai BTS, it is easy to go anywhere.

Personally, this condo is good at everything, both locations that can be called as a convenient place because it is close to the Ekkamai BTS station, about 500 meters. Also, there is a standard full range of facilities such as a communal pool, lobby, gym, sauna, elevators, CCTV, and 24-hrs security guards. The condo is a low rise with only 7 floors high, giving you a very private atmosphere. The rooms are not badly decorated, emphasizing simple, elegant, and spacious. Besides, the parking space is enough for the residents because there are only 79 residential units in the whole project. However, what is not so OK is that the gym has only a few exercise equipment, it is not enough for the actual number of residents using this communal gym service.

The room is very spacious, and the fully-furnished furniture is in excellent condition. The common area is quite clean. There are a saltwater-swimming pool, 24-hours security guard, and a sauna. This condo situates in a perfect location because there is convenient transportation, and close to Ekkamai BTS and Thonglor BTS. Also, it isn't difficult to find food, but this area can be a little crowded.
Nice and quiet low-rise comdominium

Avenue 61 is a condominium that I rent and plan to buy from the owner. So, I rent it first and see if I like the room and the surroundings. So far, it's been 3 months that I stay here, and I'm happy with it because it's a low-rise condominium. The building is not too high, with fewer residential units comparing to other projects in the same area. Therefore, it's not super cramped and struggles using the facilities. Actually, the project is aged but well-maintained. The exterior color looks outdated, but I think the juristic person can maintain the building very well. The pool, gym, and common area are always ready. I heard some noise in the corridor but not serious. It's peaceful for me. The room is fully-furnished, so I didn't spend money on the decoration. My place is enormous, functional, and super comfortable. The design is unfashionable but can be renovated once I decide to buy it. Another benefit of the project is its location. It's surrounded by many malls, restaurants, and BTS, which I used every day. The project is not connected to the main road, but not too far for me. So there won't be any problems without having a car.

I'm staying at Avenue 61, the oldest accommodation in this area. The room is large, designed in vintage style, even though it has been completed a long time, but I don't worry about the cleanliness at all because this place is very well maintained. The facilities are standard, such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, key card door, elevator, parking, CCTV, and 24-hour security system. The property is located near Ekkamai BTS station, very easy to access to Gateway Ekkamai and Major Ekkamai.
