I bought this condo last year. The first reason I bought here because the greenery communal garden is vast, green, and pleasant. Besides, there are numerous shops, restaurants, and famous department stores that conveniently buy anything. Walking out of the project, there is everything you need. For the interior, the furniture is arranged perfectly. The room is not very big, but the project has designed the furniture well, making the living room airy and comfortable. If I don't go out on the weekend, you can find me there. Or if I want to go out, it's super convenient because there are many malls such as Central Lad Prao, Jatujak Market, Major Ratchayothin. One more thing, it is a food hub as there are markets if you want to cook. I'm totally happy with it!

They are some problem with servicing because many people lived here. Some of the residents or tenants complained about the slow work of the Juristic person, but for us, it is acceptable.

There is an area for relaxing and reading books. I enjoyed having a seat and rested there.
