It’s a quality condo at an affordable price

I rented a studio room in this project monthly. It’s in a good location as it takes only a 10-minute walk to Rama IX MRT Station and Central Rama IX Department Store. Speaking of the room, it’s not that spacious, but well-allocated. Most importantly, the rental price is not high compared to other projects in the same neighborhood. The swimming pool within the condo is spacious and always kept clean. For those who like privacy, this place wouldn’t be suitable for you as the number of units is quite dense. However, the noise never bothers me at all. Overall, it is quite satisfied with this place. It’s a quality condo at an affordable price.

The large project has more than 2,000 units of residence in the Din Daeng area. It's surrounded by Central Plaza Grand Rama 9, Fortune Town Department Store in only 880 meters away, which makes grocery shopping even easier. Walking to a 7-11 convenience store is just 1 minute, making my life more comfortable. The project is also not far from MRT Rama 9 and Airport Link Makkasan. Commuting is more convenient!
Good location suitable for bus passengers

We are new members of this condo, just moved here a few months ago. Overall, the condo is nice and has a lot of green space. I love going for a walk in the evening. It is more suitable for people using public transport than private cars because it is quite limited. It might be inconvenient for people who like to go back late because you may not have a car park and waste time looking for a parking space. Anyway, it is considered a convenient place because we don't have a private car. Most of the time, we take the Rama 9 MRT, or sometimes we often take the Makkasan Airport Rail Link. It is not difficult to find a place to travel during the holidays because it is close to the bars and many entertainment venues.
Convenient residential condo and near MRT

This condo looks general and looks good. It is comfortable and beautiful. The condo area is surrounded by restaurants around and close to Rama 9 MRT station, just a few minutes, convenient to walk, and just 10 minutes walk from the Metro. The on-site is a good atmosphere, ideal for living. Apart from that, the rooms are decorated in a modern style with a one-bedroom room. The room I rented is the proportion. It is okay to stay here.

The project here is huge because there are 10 buildings. I stay on the 8 floor. I felt good because the room was airy and well-ventilated. The room I stayed in was a studio room suitable for being alone. It provides medium quality furniture with an equipped kitchen. There are shelves, sink, and other kitchen equipment that are ready to use. Besides, the door is a double lock system, very safe. The common area also offers an extensive range of facilities, whether it is a reception area, a lobby, sauna, gym, swimming pool, and a shuttle service. The staff is also helpful. Apart from that, there is a 24-hour security guard. The garden area is decorated in a shady style that is suitable for relaxation. I think the project here is very well-designed. We can spend our holidays without having to travel far. Nearby local amenities are various, including Central Plaza Rama 9 and Lotus Rama 9. We can connect to multiple places by taking Rama 9 MRT Station, which is only 5-10 minutes' walk from the project. I think the project here is an excellent residential area, ideal location, and convenient transportation. It is very suitable for living in the city.

If you are looking for a simple residential condominium and do not focus on a luxury style. I would like to recommend you to visit this condo. The studio rooms are the perfect size for one or two people, not too pricey. It has all the standard facilities, such as a large outdoor swimming pool. Plus, transportation is convenient because it is next to the main road, Rama 9 Road, and is a bustling area for various restaurants and living.
