Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS Skytrain. The nearest station is Bang Na BTS. Once you get off the station, you can take a motorcycle taxi to get to the project, where it is located at Soi Sanphawut 2, about 1.1 kilometers away, and it takes about 7 minutes.
- To get to the project by car, you can start from Bearing BTS station by heading north on Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for 1.2 kilometers. Then, use the left lane to take the ramp to enter Din Daeng Road/Dao Khanong Road. Go straight for 550 meters and use the left lane to enter Chaloem Maha Nakhon Expressway. After that, use the left lane to take the exit toward Soi Sanphawut 2. Continue for 52 meters and turn left into Soi Sanphawut 2 for about 78 meters; you will find the project on your right-hand side.

A duplex room at an affordable price

I visited the project's showroom and found it has distinct features, such as the design of the rooms. Almost half of the project are duplex rooms of good size and at a reasonable price. The room is also fully furnished and decorated with high-quality materials. Every room also has a brown leather upholstered sofa, which I don't believe can be found in other projects. The shared facilities are good, acceptable for a low-rise project. Moreover, this location is suitable for both who have private cars or use public transportation because it is near the expressway entry point and Bang Na BTS station. The project has a free shuttle service several times a day to get there as well. There are also department stores, hospitals, schools, and markets nearby, within 5 kilometers, which is excellent!
