Bophut Beach

it's a stunning villa development. every year, my family and i spend our vacation in koh samui, so we decided to reserve one of the villas in this project. anyway, the project is still under construction and scheduled to be completed in the next 1-2 years. the location of this project is great because it is close to the airport, bophut beach, shopping malls, hospitals, etc. this project appeals to me because it has only 8 units and a private atmosphere, which i like. the villa is designed in a modern and elegant style, with a fence surrounding it for maximum privacy (by the way, this is the virtual picture provided that the salesperson showed me). there is no common area, no exercise facility, and no community swimming pool in this project, but each villa has its own private pool.i do believe, though, that i will purchase it.

the new pool villa project is wonderful. it is a two-story villa, 3-4 bedrooms with an infinity pool in front of the house. the whole project has only 2 units, which emphasizes the utmost privacy. it is close to nature because it is located on a hill. the view of the mountains and the sea and central festival samui.

the replay has to all - not only is it directly across the road from the beach its m,iniutes from fishermans village market and the airport. we had a two bedroom apartment for a week and massive hinge swimming pool and gym on site plus tennis court. family mart onsite everything is easy at replay.

this is a freehold condominium in bophut which i was a former owner of so i do know the property well. good common area pool and gym facilities and great location just minutes from bophut fishermans village. one of a few foreign freehold condominiums on koh samui and a great investment property or home.

stayed here recently via airbnb - great location and brand new complex of 8 individual villas all with stunning sea view. decor is just lovely and the design of the property perfect as not faces the sea and is just minutes away from the fishermans village.

nice, tight-knit community with friendly neighbours, but private pools and gardens. the villas are fairly modern, but could perhaps use a brighter paint job and some more stylish furnishings. lots of potential, plus a short 2-minute drive to fishermans' village and all of the best food in the area. 5 minutes to the airport doesn't hurt either!

i went to visit this villa project because i want to invest and rent out the villa to tourists. i appreciate the stunning mountain view, and it is close to bophut beach and fishermans village, which are famous tourist attractions on koh samui. the villa is designed in a luxury style with high-quality equipment, ranging from 4 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms with a private pool. i think it's worth the money to invest.

a sizable 3-bedroom villa is emphasized in bright white colors. it makes the house look spacious and decorated with imported furniture giving it a very modern style. there is an infinity pool and car parking in the villa. it can be said that it is a luxury pool villa in the bophut beach area ever. the atmosphere is very peaceful and private. unfortunately, there are only 2 units for sale available.

i went to visit the janatim ocean view project, which is currently under construction. i asked the staff about the villa's details and visited some showrooms of the projects. the villa interior has a modern design and fully furnished with modern design. the villa surrounding gives a sense of warmth and provides a complete range of in-villa facilities such as outdoor areas, where we can sunbathe. there is also a private swimming pool and the second floor will be the balcony, overlooking a beautiful view and relaxing pleasantly. overall, the villa is situated in a good location and close to bophut beach, just 5 minutes. this place is ideal for people who love peace. this villa matched my needs and decided to book this villa.

if you are looking for a secluded villa on koh samui, here is another interesting option. although it is located on a hill and difficult to travel to, it is considered a very beautiful design when reaching there. there is a balcony that can see a 180-degree view. there is an outdoor patio with an infinity pool. the design is elegant and suitable for the tropical climate here. the first time i moved in, there was a water leak in the bathroom. but when reporting to repair, there are no other problems. considering the maintenance is fair !!! impressed !!
