amazing place with superb view. new condominium in european style, good equipped with quality , having a nice maintenance staff. thanks to our manager tom, who helped us to choose this place, we have a good room tour and a good offer for rent.

it's a stunning villa development. every year, my family and i spend our vacation in koh samui, so we decided to reserve one of the villas in this project. anyway, the project is still under construction and scheduled to be completed in the next 1-2 years. the location of this project is great because it is close to the airport, bophut beach, shopping malls, hospitals, etc. this project appeals to me because it has only 8 units and a private atmosphere, which i like. the villa is designed in a modern and elegant style, with a fence surrounding it for maximum privacy (by the way, this is the virtual picture provided that the salesperson showed me). there is no common area, no exercise facility, and no community swimming pool in this project, but each villa has its own private pool.i do believe, though, that i will purchase it.

i'm looking for a villa to buy as a long-term investment. the project at hand is quite fascinating. the setting is serene and surrounded by breathtaking views, surrounded by lush greenery, and overlooks the sea. it's lovely and meets my needs. moreover, the project's location is close to tourist attractions such as koh lad viewpoint and chaweng beach. the villas here have three bedrooms, a private pool, and are fully furnished. this location, in my opinion, is ideal for a vacation villa that attracts a lot of tourists.

the new pool villa project is wonderful. it is a two-story villa, 3-4 bedrooms with an infinity pool in front of the house. the whole project has only 2 units, which emphasizes the utmost privacy. it is close to nature because it is located on a hill. the view of the mountains and the sea and central festival samui.

interesting project close to many important places, shopping malls, such as tesco lotus, central festival, and makro food. it's also close to big buddha beach and bophut beach as well. the townhouse design is terrific. it is a two-story townhouse with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, with a spacious living area. from the room, you can walk to the swimming pool and garden. the price does not include furniture, but i would consider it a lovely project.

i love the privacy and atmosphere of the project. located in a good location, close to bo phut beach and local amenities such as restaurants, bars, and the beach. within the project, there is a large swimming pool, parking space, and a fitness center. the townhouse is large and fully-furnished with top-brand furniture. there are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. the living area is wide and adequate for every member to have quality time.

i'd been looking for a dream family vacation villa, and i came across this place from my friend's recommendation. when i saw it from the website, i really like the project. it's a sea view pool villa with 4 bedrooms. the atmosphere around the project is quiet and shady from big trees. it has modern architecture and super luxurious decoration, which is very suitable for living as a big family. the project is only 7-units available, so it's very private with a few neighbors. i like it very much.

incredible built-to-order villas, located near many beaches, including chaweng beach, bophut beach, and big buddha beach. personally, the villas ranging from 3-4 bedrooms are beautifully designed with a spacious living area. when you come to a swimming pool, you can enjoy a view of the turquoise sea.

my husband and i traveled to thailand at the end of 2019 to look for a vacation home in koh samui. then, i found this villa on the real estate website, and i like it. so, i decided to visit koh samui again and buy a 2-bedroom with 3 bathroom villa because i like the design that focuses on a simple design with white-blue decoration which is perfectly combined with the sea and sky colors. the location and transportation are also convenient, only a few steps to the beach. also, it is not far to experience the beautiful sunset at the big buddha. importantly, you do not have to worry about food because it is close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, which you can buy for 24-7. the disadvantage here will be a matter of the project facilities because there are only 4 units. however, every villa comes with its private pool, allowing my family and i to swim as long as possible. it also provides more privacy by blocking a high wall over your head. therefore, considered worthwhile to buy this villa!

i rented a studio room here at a good deal because of the coronavirus circumstances. the owners gave us a discount which benefits a tenant like us. the room's condition still looks good. it has a very large area with brand-new furniture. also, i was very impressed with the receptionist here. they help us a lot, especially the new tenant like me, thank you very much.
