this condo has an amazing rooftop, and overall the rooms and layout are comfortable. it is suitable for both residence and investment. the whole area has been upgrade significantly, and the condo is right in front of the bts station. only 20 minutes to asok by bts, and the mrt yellow line connects with airport rail link which makes the place very conveniently located.

i bought this place because i wanted to stay in a quiet atmosphere. this condo is far from the crowded area in the city but still in a convenient location. from here, it is less than 3 minutes walk to the bts station, which is very close and affordable. the common facilities are clean, and there is a 7-eleven downstairs. the rooftop offers a stunning view of the chao phraya river curve. the rooms are a good size for 2 people, i suggest buying a room that is a little bigger if you need more space. but overall, it's worth it.

for those who want to escape the busy city center, this place is very suitable because the project is quite far from the city. it isn't crowded, but you don't worry about traveling because it's close to chang erawan bts, which has recently opened. it takes 2 minutes walking. the number of units is quite large with over a thousand units, making it less private. the room is quite narrow. for example, the room where i live is a studio, about 23 sqm, but it's comfortable being alone. however, the room is well-proportioned. there is also a laundry room. the washing machine is enough for residents, but there is only one dryer. it's fine in summer, but when it comes to the rainy season, i'm afraid that the tumble dryer won't be enough. although the surrounding area doesn't have any restaurant or market, it's still good that there are shops and restaurants around the project, which is very convenient.

it is a lovely condo to invest in because the location is not as busy as in the capital city, bangkok. it is very comfortable to travel because it is next to sukhumvit road and chang erawan bts. it makes commuting easy. the project also has a 7-11 for 24 hours. as for the one-bedroom type i bought for investment, the price was only 2 million. it is considered not expensive at all. the view from the room is the chao phraya river curve; the atmosphere is superb. in my room, space is well divided into decent zones. the furniture is complete. besides, the project also has a swimming pool, a fitness center, gardens, and a security system. it's complete with everything. if you don't stay here, renting it out is a good choice.
