i have been renting this condo for almost 5 years because i am studying at kasetsart university sriracha campus, which is opposite the condo. there are lots of restaurants, local markets, and night markets near here. it is also easy to get around because the condo is on the main road and only 25 kilometers from pattaya city. my room has a good size with 1 bedroom for living alone. there are many common facilities, such as a swimming pool, library, garden, shop, etc. it is perfect!

i've rented a 1-bedroom condo for 6 months, and it is generally spacious and comfortable with complete in-room facilities, including the kitchen and washing machine, offering a breathtaking view from the room, which is very impressive. in general, i love it here so much because the location is good, surrounded by many amenities and close to the markets. besides, it is only a few kilometers adjacent to hospitals. the condo services and staff are considered excellent and professional in which they can assist me anytime i face problems. for me, it is the best living place.

it is a modern condo with complete facilities in the common area. plus, the room is well-divided into the perfect proportion, and it is also fully furnished with premium material furniture. my room is a 1-bedroom unit at a reasonable price. plus, the project has complete facilities, making my life much easier, such as a restaurant, fitness center, and a large swimming pool. as for the staff, they are very friendly and always at your service. overall, this condo is excellent and suitable for everyone.

i work in an industrial estate not far from the project. so i bought a 1 bedroom unit here. the room is spacious, well-organized. the price is reasonable compared to its complete facilities, including access control elevators, a cinema room, a fitness center, shops, and a swimming pool surrounded by gardens. i can tell you that it's pretty worthwhile. also, this project is within walking distance to shopping malls such as harbor laemchabang and makro laem chabang. it's also easy for traveling because the location is on the main road. i was able to get to work in less than 30 minutes. oh, but the parking lot is not enough, less than 100 parking spaces. the project should fix it.
