Central Pattaya Beach

i have stayed here since the opening. the room is spacious in modern decoration. more importantly, the project is near shopping centers, restaurants; you can walk to avenue shopping mall within 800 meters. if you like nightlife such as pubs and bars, there is also walking street, a famous place in pattaya that is about 1 kilometer away. you can get there by motorcycle taxi, or walk if you are not lazy. i like the atmosphere of the sea and nature, so i wake up early to pattaya beach for sunbathing and swimming. if i remember correctly, i think the condo has a shuttle bus service that takes you from the property to pattaya beach. make it more convenient for me as i go there every day. on rainy days, i always use the facilities such as the swimming pool, fitness, sauna, yoga area, and my favorite spot is staying in a game room instead of going to the beach. the service here is alright, but not excellent. it might be because there are too many rooms which make it difficult to take care of all the residents, but that's not a problem for me. the room price is reasonable. if i have a chance to come back, i will stay here again for sure.

my room was on the 23rd floor, facing the endlessly stunning sea view of pattaya. i stayed here for 7 days, so i rented a studio room. it was so clean, beautiful, affordable, and safe. the facilities is complete; there are a bar, a clubhouse, and a gym. the staff is so helpful to me, so impressed! the location is excellent in the city center and tourist attractions; it is crowded day and night. love it. what is more, the condo is just door to central pattaya, just a few minutes walk. i barely used a car to nearby places because it would be difficult to find parking. so, i walked or took public transport to save my time for shopping. personally, i'm okay with the place in many ways. if you are looking for any place to stay in pattaya's city, i would recommend it here, extra convenient!

my girlfriend and i rented a one-bedroom unit at this condo. it is new with a beautiful design. the common area is clean, and the facilities include a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and parking. the staff doesn't smile, so i feel a bit unwelcome. in the evening, people always come to swim and make some noise. anyway, i love the overall here because the rental price is not expensive. the room is spacious and has quality furniture. the location is perfect; it's easy to travel, close to many tourist attractions such as pattaya beach, pattaya walking street, and central festival pattaya shopping center. you can get there in 5 minutes or walk for about 20 minutes. i rented a car; it is very convenient to drive anywhere; recommend it here! i will be back here again when i come to pattaya.

the condo is near downtown, and the room is quite soundproof. i couldn't hear the car and any noise from the outside. my room has 2 bedrooms, spacious, and fully furnished. the facilities are so inviting because they are clean and not many people use it. to me, it's quite private. the pool is massive, so i can swim for a distance; there are also sunbeds at the poolside for resting. the location is convenient, near amenities such as restaurants, pubs, bars, and pattaya beach within a few minutes. i never waste my time traveling at all, and i can access many places quickly. in my view, the place is okay at an affordable price, suitable for a living!

a vacation condo in central of pattaya, next to the main road. although the beach is not closed to the project, you can walk within 500 meters. the neighborhood of the project has complete facilities. nearby, you can walk to 7-11 and nightlife. the project is well designed and modern. building a has 44 floors high, so it's good to wake up every morning to admire the room's sea view. the room is a 1-bedroom unit with 1bathroom; it comes with full furniture, electrical appliances, and a wall-type air conditioner. the furniture is high quality at a reasonable price. the decoration emphasizes on a blue-white color scheme. the common area includes an infinity-edge swimming pool with a stunning sea view and a gym. this is a wonderful place in pattaya; you can enjoy your stay here for sure!

i have been renting apus condo for 3 months now, and everything is perfect. i like the convenient location; i am impressed by how easy it is to travel, buy food, and access other amenities. pattaya beach is just only 1 km away. the condo itself looks a bit old yet well maintained. the facilities are complete such as the large swimming pool with saltwater. you can see the pool from every room. the fitness center has completed equipment but quite outdated. there are shady trees around the condo, making me feel like staying in a resort. the rooms vary in many sizes. i have rented a small studio room. it's clean, well-decorated, and fully furnished. the price is acceptable for me. the staff is very helpful, the security guard, and friendly. i would give the rating to this at 9/10.

i once traveled to pattaya, and i decided to rent the condo in this project for six months. my room is a 2-bedroom and 2-bedroom unit. the room is spacious enough for my family to live in, and it also comes at a reasonable price. plus, the location is superb, making it super convenient to travel anywhere, like shopping malls and convenience stores, pattaya walking street, central festival pattaya beach, and also near central pattaya beach. the condo has been well-maintained and beautiful even if it was built many years ago. the facilities within the project are great, even if it’s not as luxurious and fancy as other condos. it includes a fully-equipped fitness center. they are always crowded in the evenings and holidays, but i mostly go after work. there will be quite a few parking problems. i have to park your car, and it may take a little longer to find a parking space sometimes.
