it's a new condo in a good location near the main road and surrounded by amenities, a few hundred meters away from central rama 3 . it is also close to many expressways. conveniently travel whether to or from the city. the area is neighbored by shops, restaurants, and fresh markets. the project is outstanding and easy to find. it is a red building tower next to the road. the condo has a relaxing shady atmosphere and high privacy. there is a complete facility for kids and adults in the project. the lobby is beautiful and spotless. it just has a little bit of trouble with the tiny parking lot, and the location is not a good choice for people who use public transportation like bts, which is not within walking distance. the station is more than 3 kilometers away.

the project is in a more convenient location than i expected. although this area is a small community, it provides a quiet environment, privacy, and convenient traveling. there are a number of facilities, such as car parking, swimming pool, garden area, etc. it is also neighbored by several street foods. it is easily accessible via taxi and grab. i can walk for about 5 minutes to centralplaza rama 3. this room appeals to me because it has a large area where i can do various things.

the location is very good, convenient to travel, near mrt khlong toei, convenient to enter the city. not far from silom the house is strong, safe, and the materials are very good.

it's a good quality condo with an outstanding location that meets the urban lifestyle. i live here in a 1 bedroom unit. there are lots of facilities, and i particularly like the gym and putting golf course. it's also close to my workplace. commuting is comfortable with the road connection. the surasak bts station can be reached in a 10-minute walk, saving a lot of travel time. moreover, the condo is near asiatique the riverfront, where i often hang out with friends because it has a great atmosphere along the chao phraya river. i don't hesitate in making a decision to stay here and would like to recommend this place to those looking for accommodation to stay or buying it for investment. this project is a very good option.

the condo was completed in 2006, but the condition overall is still well maintained. i took a look twice to view 2- and 3-bedroom units with a furniture package, and i decided to buy 2-bedrooms at a reasonable price. the rooms come with fine furniture and a swimming pool view. the project is close to the chalerm mahanakorn expressway, only 500 meters, making it very convenient to travel. more importantly, it's near my office too. that's why i bought a room here.
