i bought a house from this project. i would say that it’s my dream home. the house is made of durable construction materials that meet japanese standards, resisting tremors from earthquakes up to 7 richter. the interior is modern, decorated with furniture from leading brands. more importantly, the project has brought home automation technology that connects devices and controls the electrical system to be used within the house, making it much more convenient. it has an excellent security system with cctv. plus, there is also a shock sensor anti-theft system with remote control, which will be provided according to the number of the residents. the project is located not far from department stores, schools, and hospitals, including the fashion island department store, romklao preparatory school, and nopparat rajathanee hospital, which i think is important to us. i couldn’t ask for anything else from this project.

i chose to rent this condo because i work at fashion island, which isn't too far away, taking only 5 minutes by car. there is wongwaen rop nok tawan-ok bts of the pink line project operating soon. in addition, the project includes a shuttle service to the bts station, which is very good for the residents. the room i have been renting has 1 bedroom with a mezzanine floor, making it feel airy and feel like home. the common area is large and filled with only some facilities, including parking lots, which is insufficient for the residents.

the room i live in is a one-bedroom unit, very small. it is suitable for 1-2 people only. most of the residents will spend their time in the common area because it provides a complete range of facilities, especially on the rooftop. there is a living garden with beautiful city views. there are also a lot of car parking spaces. besides, all items are of fair quality compared with the price paid. i think it is a little bit expensive and the staff cannot communicate in english !!

it's a nice place to live because it's well-kept and fairly new. the room's interior is based on the made from her concept, which focuses on comfort. you can find large trees and shady gardens throughout the project, and there are many facilities you can use, such as the swimming pool, the fitness center, the clubhouse, etc. plus, the neighborhood is filled with complete amenities, such as shops, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. basically, it is considered good; the only issue is the insufficient parking, it is difficult to find parking, and i sometimes have to park elsewhere. i simply want the project team to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

i didn't think that i would find this condo. it is exactly what i like. personally, i like the duplex rooms as it makes me feel like being at home, so when i found it here, i bought it without hesitation. the price is reasonable, and it's easy to get around the area. as i work at the governmental offices, it takes not so long to get there. by the way, i think the condo is suitable for residents with cars, as there are not so many buses passing by, and also no skytrain around the area yet, but hang in there; there will be a pink line bts in the future. there is also a fitness center and a swimming pool which is very pleasing for people who like to exercise like me. when i want to go shopping, i just drove to fashion island or promenade mall.

the condo was just recently completed with a great security system. the common area has a swimming pool, fitness center, and parking. the location is excellent, which is right next to the main road while also close to fashion island shopping center and the promenade. also, it's very convenient to go everywhere as taxis are running throughout the day. the most important thing is that the price is affordable, very worthwhile.

the room has a high ceiling and looks spacious as the bedroom and living room are clearly separated. the common areas are good and have a garden both in front of the condo and a rooftop garden, especially the swimming pool located on the rooftop. i think the view is nicer if you stay on the high floor.
