this new project is being built in the rama 9 area. it is just a few steps to phra ram 9 mrt and central rama 9. there are also many other amenities nearby. this area is an attractive investment location. traveling around is convenient, and urban life has never been easier. there are many project facilities, including the garden, the swimming pool, the lounge, the spa, the fitness center, etc. what i like the most would be the golf simulator. the condominium houses many types of rooms. the starting price is not pricey. the decorations and furniture are beautiful and excellent. i had no hesitation when i booked 2 one-bedroom units for my living and investment. the project will be completed in the next few years. excited to live here!!!

the project master plan is designed well for pure residential purposes with exceptional facilities and maintenance. mrt station, international schools and shopping is just a few minutes walk from the property. parking facilities are good including fixed covered parking for owners. just a stone throw distance from thailand cultural center and korean embassy. just a short 5minutes drive to the rama9 expressway point that leads to suvarnabhumi airport. good mix of thai and expat residents. overall one of the best in the heart of the extended cbd area.

it is a new project located between sutthisan mrt and huai khwang mrt. it is more convenient for people who own a private car because there are numerous routes that can take you to various destinations. it is close to a variety of amenities, including 7-eleven, restaurants, and street foods. i personally love the 2-bedroom functions since it is private and expansive, as well as meets those who love cooking because the kitchen zone is separated, ensuring you won’t be annoyed with the smells. the balcony is spacious where i can plant the trees. besides, it meets my needs for wfh. the monthly installment is not more than 20k, which meets my requirements at a reasonable price.

this condo has a great atmosphere—not too busy or too quiet. it's easy to find food and travel anywhere because huai khwang mrt is only 300 meters away. i’ve never felt bored living here because huai khwang night market and the street ratchada shopping center are nearby. moreover, my condo is a 1-bedroom unit that is big enough for 1-2 people. the materials and furniture are of good quality, and the balcony is also spacious. for the project, there are full facilities, but i’m too busy to use them. i recommend this project to anyone looking for a condo close to the bts.

i've been looking for a condo in huai khwang because i intend to relocate there soon. my friend recommended this project as it's still under construction and is expected to be completed next year. it's the ideal time because my previous condo lease will also expire next year. i've already seen the condo and think it's fantastic. it has all of the amenities in the common area, and the room is a good size. i couldn't wait any longer, so i booked this one-bedroom unit. plus, the location of this condo is superb as it's only 400 meters away from rama 9 mrt. it is very worthwhile because the condo is in a prime location, so the price would definitely increase in the future.

located at rama 9 zone was impeccably and extensively transformed from being close to the good influences of sukhumvit zone, the extensive public transit system of mrt, as well as a conveniently located amenity, central rama 9.

this is the largest residential project in rama 9 but it still offers an attractive sales price. although not modern but ideally for people that work in this area. connected to rama9 and ratchadapisek. its has some retail shops inside and is very vibrant

artisan is a high density project and a community on its own. the units have a unique layout and diagonal dimension. finishing are of high standard. this is one of the largest residential projects in the area.

it is an excellent modern condo. now it’s under construction. plus, it takes only 5 mins to phra ram 9 mrt. when i visited the project, the staff was so informative and friendly. also, there are complete facilities, like a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, lobby, spa, sky bar, and many others. there are restaurants within walking distance and shopping malls nearby, such as terminal 21, oai tower, midtown asoke, and others which are so perfect for me.

when we are tired of work, we want to come home and relax. if there is a green area to relieve stress and rest your eyesight, it would be great. the chapter one eco ratchada - huaykwang is the answer because the area around the condo is spacious and full of trees. there is also an organic vegetable plot and an area for outdoor activities, which is what i am very impressed with. i think we should have some space for a walk around accommodation, and to meet our neighbors. i also like the project's scandinavian decor, emphasizing simplicity, and making it feel refreshing. moreover, this project also uses solar panels and led light bulbs to save energy. overall, i am quite satisfied with this place and do not feel like i wasted my money at all. even so, there may be times when it is crowded and full of people because it is a big project with over 1,000 units. it is also located a bit far from the nearest mrt station, huai khwang station, which is about 1.6 kilometers far from the condo. still, you don't have to worry about transportation because there is a shuttle bus service to pick us up and drop off at the station.
