it's a well-known condominium in this neighborhood, and i recently signed a transfer agreement. many people came to reserve the room on the first day of reservations, despite the project only having 200 rooms available, which is a small luxury condo with a variety of amenities. it is suitable for both workers and students who want to live in the city center and have easy access to public transportation and taxis. it is 450 meters from lat phrao mrt, and ratchadaphisek mrt will be built nearby in the future. there is also suan lum night bazaar ratchadaphisek, which has many food and appliances.

a brand new four-story house that has been thoughtfully designed for living space. there are three bedrooms, a kitchen with both thai and western kitchens, a living room, a maid's room, a spacious, beautiful living room with a very high hall. plus, the furniture decoration in the house is well designed and of high quality. the furniture was all luxurious and expensive. although it is a small house, there is all you need like a garden, parking spaces, and a private elevator. i think it's convenient for living as a family with children or the elderly. as for the location, it is excellent, right in the heart of the city, not far from lat phrao mrt, which is perfect.

it is in a good location, quiet, and so close to chandrakasem rajabhat university, which is suitable for students. the room is a one-bedroom unit with a good size of living space. it has beautiful furniture. the project has just been newly completed and the facilities are complete. there is a clean swimming pool. the gym is fully-equipped. the security guard is also good service. overall, i like it here. it's suitable for rental business investment.

it is a lovely condo within a few mins away from bts and the main road, making it the most convenient way to travel in the city. plus, there are complete facilities in the common area, which is perfect! the condo is also surrounded by various essential places such as department stores such as major ratchayothin, bang khen market, schools, hospitals, and many others. more importantly, it comes with a reliable security system which makes me feel at ease. this condo is worthwhile for living and investment.

it's one of the condos that meets the needs or urban lives like me. the project is located near the phaholyothin bts station, making it easy to travel to work and not tired of traveling when coming back from work. i could take the rest comfortably and decided to buy it. the location is good and suitable for the price paid. inside the room includes a bedroom with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. it is fully furnished. although the room is small, there are cabinets and shelves. it meets my needs because i love to collect things, allowing us to keep things tidier. also, i love to use the swimming pool and a fitness room on the rooftop. the atmosphere in the evening is very relaxing. the view is beautiful. as for using a private car, i think it's not suitable here because it is very traffic jam. it's not recommended to use a private car. you'd better use public transport, which is much more convenient and not tired too.

not disappointed with the project here because it is easy to travel. also, there is a full range of facilities. there is a sky lounge in the common area where you can sit and watch the view and have a party. if you want to use the meeting room or ask for the equipment, you can tell the staff. they are very helpful. the safety system in the project is of an excellent standard. i like to use the rooftop gym because there are modern equipment and sufficient for the number of residents. for this area, if traveling by car is more convenient but using public transport, it is recommended to take the ratchayothin bts in front of the project. overall, i think it is convenient—worth the price paid with the excellent quality condo in the heart of bangkok.
