my sister bought a 2-bedroom condo. it was luxuriously furnished with elegant furniture. she bought it because she works as a nurse at siriraj piyamaharajkarun hospital (siph), which is close to the condo and near shopping malls such as indy market and central pinklao. the project facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, are also sufficient for me to use on weekends or after work. it is also convenient to get around because the bang khun non mrt station is nearby, or even driving a car. i strongly advise those looking for a place to live in this area to do so because it is the best place to live.

i made the right decision to buy a 1-bedroom unit to live in because my life quality has been getting better since i moved here, whether in terms of getting to an office in which it's time-saving and excellent in avoiding traffic jams. i just take mrt at the bang yi khan mrt, pass a few stations, and reach the office. moreover, there is an extensive range of facilities ideal for healthy lovers, such as a gym, jogging track, and sauna, where i often use its service after work every day. importantly, it is about 5 minutes to get to pata department store, such a wonderful!!

i have lived in this condo for a while since i moved to this area for work. i was impressed by the staff and security guard. they are so friendly and they solve problems quickly. it's always clean around here. there is a swimming pool and a fitness room decorated in a modern style and has a complete set of exercise equipment. my room is a 1-bedroom room, 35 square meters in size, spacious, with a kitchen area where i can do the cooking. the project is in a good location, right next to bang yi khan mrt. so, getting to the heart of bangkok is simple and quick. after visiting friends' rooms in the area, i realized that my condo is the best.

this condo is fantastic because it overlooks the chao phraya river and has a stunning view of it. i recently moved here, and the project's amenities, such as the swimming pool, gym, and sauna, make me never want to leave. besides that, because the project is right next to the sirindhorn mrt station, it is only a few steps away. anyway, i went with the one-bedroom unit, which is very spacious and luxurious, providing comfortable relaxation. i only drive to town to see my friends on weekends because there are so many shopping malls and hangouts nearby, such as indy market, that my life is so slow-paced.

i really like the atmosphere. it’s a high-rise condominium close to the chao phraya river with a peaceful atmosphere. the room is a spacious and luxurious one-bedroom unit. the building is a bit outdated, but it has been well-maintained and beautifully renovated. there is a large balcony corner overlooking the chao phraya river. this is my favorite corner in the evening to sit outside while enjoying the natural breeze and drinking beers. from the balcony, it overlooks the hustle and bustle of the river, harbor, and people, which i find to be a pleasant sight. it is the perfect location, within a few mins to sanam luang, wang lang market, and siriraj hospital. plus, there are a lot of piers near the condo. traveling is very comfortable.
