Bang Khae

the condo i bought is in bang khae area. it is the most convenient accommodation i've ever lived in because it's close to everything, whether tourist attractions or public transportation like bang khae mrt, which is just a few steps away. you don't have to worry about traffic jams wherever you go. it's very comfortable. and most importantly, there are plenty of delicious restaurants in the neighborhood. after i finish work, i usually stop by to grab some food at the front of the condo's alley. my life in bangkok has never been easier. apart from the excellent location, the room i'm staying in is also good because a 1-bedroom unit here is spacious and comfortable. the room size is 30 square meters. the interior is fully furnished so i rarely have to buy more stuff. and what i like the most is probably the facilities that are complete. there is a reception hall, a mailroom, a laundry room, an elevator, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. i can confidently say that this condo has everything and is very comfortable. it's very good indeed.

my family and i chose to buy a house in this project to live in. i've been here for three weeks. it is a project that is fully complete with facilities such as a security guard at the entrance, shady garden, clubhouse, swimming pool, and gym. our house is a 2-story house with 4 beds, 5 baths, and 3 parking spaces. i liked this house at first glance because it's luxurious and beautiful. the living space is large, suitable for a big family of 6 members. reasonable price. so far, i've found no problem yet. plus, it is in a convenient location, next to kanlapaphruek road, near central rama 2 and bangpakok 8 hospital. as my mom regularly goes there, the house is very responsive to our family's needs.
