i'm not disappointed in choosing this project. the main reason behind my decision is about an affordable price. the condo itself may not look luxurious but still meet the standard, in line with the price. there is only one type for the room, and the size is not very wide but well-allocated. the room comes with partly furnished but a partition. so i bought it myself, worrying that the food smells might be disturbing. the balcony is not very wide, but it can also place a washing machine with the water system and the power outlet installed. the atmosphere around the project is also very shady, with three areas scattered in the garden. i really like it. however, the parking lot is quite small, and worried that it might be insufficient for the residents. overall, if you compare it with the price, it is considered very worthwhile.

this residence is positioned on the ramintra-ramnarong expressway. along the way, there are numerous amenities and lifestyle centers, including centralfestival eastville and tesco lotus. the house i bought was a two-story house with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the living areas are well-allocated and connected to various parts of the house. the bathroom and working room are located on the left side of the house. there is a staircase up to the upper floor, opposite the bathroom and working room, to the hall and spacious bedrooms with a walk-in closet. there is also a jacuzzi, which is very relaxing. also, staying here is convenient in terms of travel, living, and friendly neighbors. it is worthwhile to use the facilities, including a large clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and lush green garden ideal for kids to play and run in every evening. this house is complete.

i moved to stay at casa city ladprao with my family many years ago. it is a quality townhome project in the bang kapi area, complete with project facilities, provides pleasant ambiance, and is surrounded by a quality community. the project has been designed beautifully, which is very pleasant to live in. we bought a townhome with 3 bedrooms, spacious living area which is very comfortable. it comprises the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. i trust in this project because the management system is relatively excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. the neighbors are also cute. moreover, its location is conveniently located because it connects to the main road and links to various nearby amenities, including convenience stores, restaurants, hospitals, and numerous popular shopping complexes like the mall bangkapi and fashion island.

this condo got my interest because of its great location, within walking distance to the mall bangkapi. moreover, a bts light yellow line will soon be in operation near the condo. it should make life a lot easier. i bought a 1-bedroom unit. the room is adequate for being alone, and it is tastefully done and proportioned. the communal areas, however, could be improved, as well as the lack of parking spaces. i think it's suitable for people who aren't concerned about using common areas.
